Build your facilitation skills and apply them in practice to enhance the learning experience for your students.

This interactive session explores teaching methodologies, facilitation approaches, and key learning theories — including behaviourism, constructivism, and cognitivism — in action. You’ll work hands-on with learner case studies to rework and enhance session plans, contextualising learning for your industry area.

TDP Phase 3 includes self-paced revision on Canvas and a three-hour workshop focused on practical application.

• Qualified Teachers who have completed TDP1 (Teacher Induction).
• Teachers who were employed as Associate Teachers and have recently completed TAE40122.
