Unpacking a Unit of Competency & Delivery Planning

Explain the elements and performance Criteria are a description of what a competent person can do once they have completed the unit. 

This session will explain the process for unpacking a unit of competency. Why we do it, when should it be done and how it should be done.

The facilitators will demonstrate and involve participants in unpacking the unit together in the group.  Ask for input throughout demonstration (Why, what, who, how, when?) and HOW are they going to teach this?
