This session serves as an introduction to using Zoom and Microsoft Teams to deliver training sessions to learners, and how to facilitate effective learning online.

In preparation of this session, teachers will need to:

  1. Download the Zoom Desktop Client
  2. Sign in (via SSO) and adjust settings to match this demonstration

This session will cover:

  • Zoom and MS Teams basics for web conferencing
  • Online meetings setup
  • Overview of:
    • Whiteboard
    • Breakout Rooms
    • Chat
    • Polls

This session is open to all TasTAFE teachers and those who are looking to improve how they use Teams or Zoom in meetings and training sessions.
